I’m seeking advice from experts: what are the requirements for the seal oil pressure and the flushing oil pressure in the mechanical seal of an alkylation reactor using the sulfuric acid method? Is it true that the pressure of the seal oil should be higher than that of the flushing oil?
What plan? 32+53? If it is oil sealing, the weight should be at least 2 kilograms higher than that for flushing

The seal oil level is set at its highest value; it represents the final line of defense designed to prevent materials from escaping. Generally, seal oil is necessary as long as there are materials inside, and when operations are stopped and the materials remain inside, something must be in place to block them
The seal oil only needs to have half a kilogram more pressure than the flushing fluid!
