It’s probably not possible to get such drawings; one has to pay money to obtain them.
No, and even if there were, it would be impossible to buy them, because those blueprints are not owned by individuals.
I’ve used this product, but as for how the rollers are made, only the manufacturer can explain it clearly. It is through numerous improvements that the product gains its viability, and users can only guess in most cases.
