Is it appropriate for the drawings provided in the design to have the mixer at a distance of 400 mm from the bottom of the tank? At such a great distance, what’s the point of stirring anyway? What do you think?
After looking at your several questions, there’s one issue that needs attention,,,,, If you don’t know these issues and such a design is necessary,,, then I really don’t know what use you are. Any issues should be approached with a humble and learning-oriented attitude. Please provide the relevant design drawings or schematic diagrams, a detailed description of the physical and chemical properties of the corresponding materials, as well as related data such as temperature, pressure, and volume, so that we can discuss them effectively. Stirrers vary, and their applicable ranges aren’t necessarily universal. Since it’s a commodity, of course the manufacturer must be responsible for its design and production. If you have questions, resolve them through proper channels; it doesn’t seem appropriate to post some unrealistic topics here. Rotation speed: 50; 4 layers; double-blade paddle mixer; blade width: 1250 mm. The purpose of mixing is to prevent the deposition and crystallization of concentrated brine inside the tank; tank diameter: 2500 mm
