Why does this horizontal multistage centrifugal pump have no balance tube?

The two pictures below were taken from both sides of the pump.
Is the pressure of the machine seal flushing water the same as that one?
In the second picture, isn't the line on the left a balance line?
Are there any drawings? Take a look at the drawings and analyze them.
Is the one on the left in the picture the minimum return line?

There are many ways to balance axial force. Without a balance tube, it would not be a balance plate device. That is the symmetrical arrangement of impellers to balance the axial force.
There is only one import and one export, how to balance it?
