My workshop uses radial bearings from Hangzhou Motor; the numbering on the back of the bearings is as follows. Can these two bearings be used interchangeably? The shaft diameters are the same. Can the range of the top clearance of the shaft be calculated from the parameters of the back face and the shaft diameter?
Is the inclined bearing radial bearing related to the rotation direction of the turbine? Do clockwise and counterclockwise directions have an impact on the radial bearing shells of tilting pads?

Do not mix different sets of tiles; a set of new tiles is processed together, and there are also slight differences in the thickness of the gold layer between two sets of tiles. The direction cannot be reversed either; it must be used in accordance with the arrow on the side of the tile. If used in the opposite direction, it probably won’t fit in. Moreover, the chamfers on the oil inlet and outlet sides of the tile should be different.

There are no arrows on the radial bearing tiles; their main function is to support the shaft journals. Does the clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the turbine depend solely on the different alloy surfaces in contact with the bearing tiles? In other words, regardless of the rotation direction of the turbine, can the same set of radial bearings be used on shafts with different rotation directions, but the same shaft journals and the same bearing clearance?
Once, when installing tiles, we didn’t check carefully and ended up installing them in the wrong direction. After turning the device on, all the parameters were similar to those before; it wasn’t until the second inspection that we noticed the issue. Fortunately, nothing serious happened.:L
