The make-up water system for the steam temperature and pressure reduction unit utilizes a closed-type steam condensate recovery device to deliver high-temperature condensate as make-up water; it is equipped with a variable-frequency, continuous operation control system. This setup enables a significant increase in the temperature of the water supplied to the temperature and pressure reduction unit, allows for effective utilization of the heat value of high-temperature condensate, and reduces the consumption of fresh steam. Based on years of practical application, it results in a savings of 10–13% in fresh steam compared to traditional systems that use normal-temperature make-up water.
Thank you for your visit; all of these energy-saving technologies are based on actual test data.
Complete nonsense; according to the first law of thermodynamics, heat cannot be created or destroyed out of thin air. Steam is a carrier of heat, and the purpose of temperature reduction is to facilitate heat release. The principle behind temperature reduction is to lower the temperature of the steam through the evaporation of water; however, heat is transferred only from the superheated steam to the water that evaporates. That’s nonsense that misleads people!
The purpose of a steam temperature and pressure reduction device is to convert new steam, which has a certain degree of superheat due to the high pressure in the external system, into saturated steam at the pressure required by the equipment in question, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency of that equipment. Therefore, the amount of new steam needed to supply room-temperature softened water differs from that required to supply high-temperature condensate water; just as the energy consumption for supplying room-temperature softened water and high-temperature condensate water to a steam boiler is different. Furthermore, this method has been used in relevant enterprises for many years; the energy-saving data is accurate and reliable, and it is recognized by these enterprises. Please consider it carefully before proceeding with discussions.
