Currently, the company’s slag coolers are cooled using deionized water; the temperature of this cooled deionized water is 50–60 degrees, and it has no other use. All the water supplied to the boiler deaerator is condensate, and the system is now balanced.
If the return temperature of the circulating water reaches 50–60°C, the flow rate increases significantly, which leads to a sharp decline in heat exchange efficiency; therefore, direct exchange is not possible. Instead, a secondary heat exchange process can be used, in which the hot desalinated water is exchanged heat with the circulating water
In this device, the outlet temperature of the circulating water must not exceed 40 degrees; otherwise, scaling will occur
