Hello everyone, have you seen this device before? How to operate and maintain it? What is the function of each component? Please give me some advice!
Actuator. Also known as an electric actuator. The main routine maintenance tasks include: 1. Cleaning – needless to say, this is part of the daily work ; 2. Check whether the outer cover of the valve stem is loose, and ensure that the bolts are tightened to the specified torque range ; 3. Check whether the switch is in normal operation ; 4. Is the grounding proper, and are the grounding wires in good condition? ; 5. Rust removal and repainting – no need to say more ; 6. Is the switching between manual and electric modes working properly? Is the electric local/remote control mode functioning correctly? ; 7. Check whether the control panel, remote control, LED color, flashing frequency, and fault alarms are functioning properly. 8. Is there any medium leakage or lubricant leakage at the local contact points? 9. Are the displayed conditions on the station control panel and the local display screens consistent? In summary, these aspects include: cleanliness and hygiene, tight sealing, smooth lubrication, and proper circuit connections.
The poster has been registered for less than a month and is a sophomore at HaiChuan University. . . How can someone like me, who has been in this field for 10 years, bear this? . .
Same question. We can share our experiences so that we can all improve together. :)
You’re already pretty amazing; you don’t need to learn this experience.
There’s still a long way to go. Cheer for my university. :):handshake
