This post was last edited by YORK Industrial Refrigeration on 2017-7-6 at 18:22. It relates to a petrochemical plant in Dongying, where the York RWBII856 unit is in use, with a TDSH355XL compressor. Motor: Taiwan Dongyuan TECO high-voltage explosion-proof motor, 10KV. 1. The compressor unit has been in operation for over 30,000 hours, reaching the time for a preventive overhaul, and its noise level is significantly high. 2. The highest temperature of the motor stator has reached 90°C. 3. In the air-cooled motors, the air outlets are severely dirty and blocked, resulting in poor heat dissipation of the motors. 4. A large amount of lubricant has leaked from the bearing areas, leading to inadequate lubrication over time. We have sent 3 engineers to carry out major repairs and maintenance on the motors. Their arms and faces were covered in oil; they were tired and dirty after working for 20 hours straight, but upon hearing the sound and checking the parameters once the device was turned on, everyone showed joyful smiles. If anyone has any questions, we can discuss and learn together*.
The maintenance engineers are really great~~ Are you a motor manufacturer or a specialized motor repair company?~~
We mainly carry out major overhauls of screw refrigerators, and the drives for these refrigerators include motors, steam turbines, and gas generators.
