It’s hard to disassemble, hard to assemble, and it breaks easily too – complete junk.
Changing it directly to a claw coupling is better than this one! ! Size and what it can be swapped with
Replacing the pin is also a good option; replacing the elastic block doesn’t even require moving the motor – it’s incredibly simple!
This is a diaphragm coupling, which does not belong to rigid connections. Its vibration damping effect is much better than that of couplings using elastic cylindrical pins and elastic blocks.
Diaphragm couplings are excellent; it’s better to choose those with multiple layers.
The motor won’t move at all – is it that difficult to drill four new bolt holes?
For such a small motor, elastic pin couplings are much more useful and have lower requirements
