We plan to use a screw chiller for cooling water; the motor power should be around 120–150 kW. What would the investment cost be if we use imported models (such as York or Carrier), and what about domestic ones? Which domestic brand has high reliability?

This device is now a highly mature one; both the Kelly and York models are very mature devices, and all that’s needed is routine inspection and periodic maintenance. Maintenance can be combined with the annual system repair. Feel free to choose.
Both Carrier and York are fine; their performance is stable. I don’t recommend any others
