Compressor selection

The inlet pressure is 0.03 bar (absolute), and the outlet pressure is 0.09 bar (absolute). What type of compressor should be used? Is the pressure ratio 30? Also, should multi-stage compression be considered? . . .
Such a small pressure difference? ? The flow rate and temperature are not available yet? ? ? It’s better to find someone who understands. .

I am not familiar with the physical and chemical properties of \"o-toluenesulfonyl chloride\", according to the safety requirements for fans. For example, whether it is toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive, corrosive, etc. . . . By listing these conditions, the manufacturer of the fan or you yourself can make the appropriate selection.
