Replacing the hose with a rigid pipe affects the aesthetic appearance and makes it easy for the material to spill; could it be changed to a flexible hose style instead? Are there any good manufacturers? Many units need to be modified; I’m seeking experienced experts to come up with a plan for how to carry out these modifications.
It seems that using nitrogen for evacuation would cause displacement? If that is the case, this temporary hose setup is likely intended to prevent misoperations that can occur with fixed installations, or to avoid leakage and air leakage. Let’s check whether there are any safety hazards in the production process. Otherwise, it wouldn’t be set up so casually.
Start the pump, open the reflux valve, close the valve at the outlet workshop, and open the valve for the feeding hose. It’s easy for material to spill out when using the hose for feeding; the manager ordered that a solid pipeline be used instead, emphasizing the need for an aesthetically pleasing design and a fixed feeding location – no other requirements. Is there a suitable way to make the changes?

Just change it to a standard pipeline; is the outlet drain here connected by flanges? It can be taken apart and pre-fabricated
