Compressor vibration surge issue

Why does a jump occur when the unit is around 8060, in the Y direction at the compressor connection point and in the Y direction at the non-connection point of the turbine? Moreover, these jumps occur before the healthy phase starts, and the directions in which they occur are opposite to each other: (this has been the case from the time the unit was started until now)
The shaft is defective; this issue should occur under all conditions, rather than only at certain speeds.
Has the manufacturer provided the critical speed? ~~

The compressors we use have two critical speeds.
