Need help with oil-containing sludge mixing equipment?

Everyone, for this type of oily sludge (with particularly **high viscosity, somewhat similar to asphalt), what mixing equipment can be used to mix it evenly? Vertical mixing, or horizontal mixing? I hope the experts here can offer some advice or recommend some relevant manufacturers. Thank you!
