Starting from now, in order to enhance communication among users, a 【Daily Question】 campaign has been launched on the Mechanical Equipment Technology forum. We hope everyone will participate actively to progress and improve together! ! ! Rewards: 3 wealth points for active participation, 10-15 wealth points for correct answers. This question is valid for two days; no scoring will be given after that period. What could be the reasons why a screw compressor cannot be uploaded or gets automatically unloaded? 1. The four-way valve is not functioning or there is a fault in the control circuit. 2. The gap between the oil piston and other components is too large. 3. The spool valve or oil piston is stuck. 4. There is a fault with the indicator

The unloading pressure is set too high, or the large volume of air used causes the plastic molding machine to remain under load. First, check what the pressure in your air storage tank is, and then examine the unloading pressure setting in your air compressor. If the pressure in that system is sufficient, reduce the unloading pressure. If the pressure downstream differs too much from the design pressure of your air compressor, you need to check whether the amount of plastic molding machine you have chosen is sufficient.

The cooling water temperature is too high, resulting in high condensation pressure and high exhaust temperature; therefore, the program limits the load on the unit
