This fan had previously experienced a malfunction; the rotor rubbed against the wall panels, which already had multiple cracks on their surface. Our company then commissioned a machining factory to repair those wall panels. However, after the repaired panels were installed in the housing, one of them did not fit tightly against the surface of the housing I’m asking the experts here if there’s any solution; thank you
There’s no other way; it has to be processed again
This is a cast piece; it’s best not to repair it, as that will at most lead to a decrease in efficiency. If the repaired material falls off, there is a risk of it becoming unusable.
It should be an imported Roots blower; the wall panels should be processed by the manufacturer who also supplies the casing, so that they can fit together properly.
The possibility of deformation of the casing is very low; it is likely to be a problem with the wall panel processing, so it’s necessary to turn to a professional Rotary Ventilator manufacturer.
The pressure of rotary vane blowers is relatively low, so a foam polytetrafluoroethylene sealing strip along the sealing surface is sufficient
