How to deal with oil leakage from the seal of the exhaust fan bearing housing?

Oil is leaking from the sealing surfaces at the upper and lower connections of the fan’s bearing housing. How can this be fixed without shutting down the machine? ?
What’s the extent of the oil leakage? If it’s severe, it’s better to shut down the machine; if it’s not that serious, it can keep running temporarily until conditions allow for shutdown
Seal the leak points using a water-oil compatible repair material.
There is basically no solution to oil leakage from bearing housings; even if the bearing housing is replaced, if the overall balance of the unit is not properly maintained, or if the base becomes loose or other equipment starts to resonate, oil leakage will continue.
