Issues regarding the calculation of clearance volume

To calculate the adjusted clearance volume Vs, the adjusted volume coefficient is required; to determine the volume coefficient, the relative clearance volume is needed, which in turn relies on the adjusted clearance volume – creating a deadlock. I would appreciate some guidance on this.
The relative clearance volume used in the formula is the one before adjustment; α1 is used, without any superscript. Therefore, it is the clearance volume prior to adjustment.
