The oil pressure of the screw compressor is too low

The screw compressors in our factory keep triggering an alarm indicating low oil pressure; once this issue is resolved, everything works normally. However, after some time the alarm for low oil pressure appears again. The pressure difference across the oil filter is 40 KPA, while the pressure difference across the second-stage oil filter remains at 0. There are no abnormalities with the oil pump. The compressors are York models. What could possibly be the cause?
Check if there’s a problem with the oil pressure sensor
In summer, it is recommended to check the oil temperature and the cooling efficiency of the oil cooler.
Sensors are vulnerable components~~ It is normal for them to get damaged after long-term use.
The PLC for York’s machine alarm should have a frozen screen; check whether the pressure difference at that time was indeed high. Here’s an example, also a machine from York. Their pressure transmitters measure gauge pressure; after we performed some calibration, they started to measure absolute pressure, and low oil pressure alarms frequently occurred.
