The function of an adsorption dryer is to remove moisture from compressed air (if the requirements are not high, a freeze-dryer can also be used). If cleanliness is a requirement, it is best to use an oil-free compressor
It mainly depends on the quality requirements for compressing air that you have; if these are high, then it’s necessary to use equipment that is suitable for such tasks
