As the title suggests, during winter in the north, a thick layer of frost forms on the protective mesh at the inlet of the outdoor boiler blower, which affects the amount of air supplied to the boiler. Are there any simple and effective ways to prevent this phenomenon?
The simplest solution is to add an electric heating device~~

Option 1: Wind it around the inlet pipe; Option 2: Place several strips across or vertically on the filter screen, but the covering area should be less than 20%; otherwise, it will affect the air volume and air pressure~~
It is recommended to add electric heating (such as electric tracing for dedicated pipelines)
Just add a section of cylinder to the inlet; the filter screen can be placed inside, and no other energy-consuming measures are required.
In our factory, there was once an issue where the filters of the blowers froze and became clogged, resulting in low air pressure that triggered an interlock mechanism causing the entire plant to shut down. Later, a grid made of thin steel pipes through which low-pressure steam flowed was installed at the location of the inlet filters, directed outward, which solved this problem.
