Regarding chain chains

For scraper chains that operate at a very slow speed, it’s not possible to see how they are functioning since the scrapers are inside the medium. By the time there are problems with the chain or the scrapers, it’s already too late – the equipment may be damaged, and repairs become complicated. Does anyone have any good ideas? It could be something as simple as adding interlocks, or it might involve technical modifications.

A sensor can be installed on the chain; when the scraper inside gets stuck, the drive chain will tighten, triggering a sensor to give an alarm or stop the machine.
A thermal protector can be installed in the motor control circuit; it prevents the motor from burning out once the chain gets stuck and the motor’s temperature rises
