Lack of oil is the main cause.

Before shutting down, check for any abnormalities in vibration, temperature, and the oil system by looking at these graphs; it’s difficult to make a judgment based on them alone
First, the pump ran in reverse; the auxiliary oil pump was not started before operation, resulting in a lack of oil. Second, a failure of the main oil pump during the normal operation of the pump caused poor lubrication of the bearing shells. Third, the clearance between the radial bearings is too small, making it difficult to form an oil film. Fourth, poor alignment of the pump and motor; this possibility is low, as no signs of uneven wear on the bearing shells were observed.
