Granulator installation

The company needs to install a granulator. Since the raw materials to be processed are of low melting point, it’s not clear whether the granulator should be installed with its outlet at the bottom (i.e., vertically), or horizontally (so that the material exits horizontally) Hope friends who know about the sea can give some advice. It should be horizontal discharge; horizontal discharge makes use of gravity to collect the material

The melting point of these materials is very low, at 50°C, so we are concerned that it may be difficult to shape them during the extrusion process. Horizontal installation facilitates operation and layout, but it is expected to be difficult to form.
