First, the unit needs to be maintained； Second, it is confirmed that the gas consumption at the backend is low; the unit is unable to adjust the minimum gas flow rate and can only vent a small amount of gas.
Hello, the cooler has just been cleaned and the air filter has been replaced with a new one. If the air consumption at the rear end is low, the opening degree of the intake valve should decrease; it shouldn’t be 100%. The same is true for the other two units – their intake valve opening degrees are at 100% while the bypass valves are almost closed. An exhaust valve opening of 0-21% essentially means complete evacuation; it might be due to excessive pressure in the main pipeline, causing the air compressor to adjust automatically. Is there any equipment under maintenance at the end of the pipeline?
Logically, the intake valve should be 100% open while the bypass valve should be closed. Is it connected to pipes shared with other units, resulting in a low total flow rate that prevents the unit from operating at full capacity?
