Seeking help with alignment issues of the unit

During shaft alignment, the input data is normal, but there is a large radial deviation in the output data
Adjust the output terminal first, then the input terminal
It’s not fixed at one end; should I look for a driver?
Find a fixed reference point and follow it downward.
It is the unit and gearbox data that are normal, while the gearbox and the drive-end machine are not, right?
