The alignment standards for diaphragm couplings in HG30203-2007 are “0.3 mm in the axial direction, and a tilt of 1/1000 mm between the two axes”. What is the relationship between these values and the radial deviation △a and the axial deviation △S?
Different models of couplings have varying degrees of angular compensation capability; therefore, the coupling’s laminations also play a role in this regard.
