How many T of electric hoist is special equipment and specifications

Online electric hoists above 3T are special equipment and need to be reported for inspection. Can you please regulate?
I checked the special equipment catalog. There is a statement about 3T but it refers to tower crane equipment. Is there any similar detailed information or specifications?

Electric hoists are no longer special equipment and are no longer in the catalog.
Electric hoists are not special equipment, regardless of their lifting capacity. Counting from the old catalog, the new catalog (2014 version) has already deleted the electric hoist.
Refer to GB 6794.1 and pay attention to the standard description! As a separate machine, the electric hoist is not considered special equipment no matter how big it is. If it is hung on a beam, it should be described as a "beam crane". Cranes above 3T are considered special equipment.
The electric hoist is used as a single unit. Electric hoists that are not installed on single-girder bridge cranes are not included in the inspection scope. Single girder crane 3T (including 3T), cranes above are required to be inspected. Of course, there are so many provinces in the country, and each place has different policies. You should go to the local special inspection office to inquire.
