The calculation process is as follows: Load calculation: inertial momentum of the circular cone itself: It=1/2 * Mt * Rt^2=1/2 * 750 * 3.225^2≈3900kg·m^2 Momentum of inertia of the load: Iw=Mw * Rw^2=2000 * 1.5^2=4500kg·m^2 The rotation speed of the circular cone is nt=0.333rpm, then the average angular velocity is about 2°/s, the acceleration time is 1s, then the angular acceleration a=2°/s^2, converted into radians, it is expressed as a=2/57.3(rad/s^2)≈0.035(rad/s^2), then the acceleration and deceleration torque T1=I * a=(It+Iw) * a=(3900+4500) * 0.035=294n·m≈0.3kn·m Friction torque T2=F friction * Rt=(Mt+Mw) * g * u * 3.225=(2000+750) * 9.8 * 0.08 * 3.225=6953.1≈6.95kn·m Total load torque Ttotal=T1+T2=7.25kn·m Ptotal=Ttotal * nt/9550=0.25KW The safety factor is 1.2, the usage factor is 1.7, and the motor power P=0.25 * 1.2 * 1.7=0.51KW Is this calculation correct? If this is correct, how should I choose after knowing the motor power?
