How to reduce oil temperature in large gear reduction boxes (reward offered)

It seems that the gearbox is too hot; I want to use a plate heat exchanger to lower the oil temperature, but I can’t find many manufacturers that produce heat exchangers for gearboxes online.
Our company specializes in oil cooling for gearboxes; we welcome any exchanges.
I plan to use an oil pump with a flow rate of 35 L/min, connect a filter in front of it, and use an inch-long stainless steel bellows to link it to the small plate heat exchanger. The plate heat exchanger is mounted on the side wall of the gearbox. Using well water on the cold water side of the plate heat exchanger, with a pre-filter to remove impurities – how does that sound?
Since forced lubrication is being adopted, a filter that can be switched online should be used; it’s also not appropriate to mount it on the gearbox (as this hinders maintenance and repairs). It’s better to install it on the ground near the gearbox and connect it using hoses.
