When working on projects, the drawings, documents, and plans keep changing every day, which is extremely frustrating. What are some good ways to deal with these changes? With the drawings and documents changing daily, it’s very difficult to keep them organized; everything in the computer is in a mess, and it’s hard to find what you need. Even when you find it, you’re not sure which version it is
Changes to the drawings must be clarified, properly documented, and version numbers assigned; construction should be carried out based on the most up-to-date drawings
Every change is very troublesome; one also has to indicate the date of the change and the name. The workshop also needs to be modified.
The problems with data management are like having a messy home – things can’t be found because of disorganization, and it’s all one’s own fault
