Do those who are familiar with the marine industry know any manufacturers in China that can produce cooling rollers? If you do, please provide some information. Thank you. Function of the equipment: The molten polymer is cooled and hardened into flakes by cooling rollers, and then crushed into flaky material downstream. The principle of this device is quite simple, but it seems difficult to find it in China.
It is hollow, and frozen water is circulated through the rollers for cooling; the molten polymer enters the rollers at around 190 degrees, and after cooling it drops to around 130 degrees.
Do you have specific dimension data? Water flow rate per hour through the roller (a rotary joint is required; the roller’s speed and pressure need to be known)
