Which one generates more torque, the cycloidal pinwheel reducer or the hardened tooth surface gear reducer? For stirring in reaction vessels, can these two types of reducers of the same specification be used interchangeably?
Motors can be interchanged as long as their power and gear ratio are the same. We have replaced it on a 2000L enamel kettle before.
If it is replaced, the frame and coupling will likely need to be adjusted as well; I’m not sure if the connection dimensions will be exactly the same.
