Seeking advice: I need to purchase a 3/5 portable air compressor for carbon arc gouging. Is a screw-type or a piston-type compressor better? Which manufacturers’ products would be suitable?
A regular piston-type one will do; the air tank should be 60L
A reciprocating machine will meet the requirements; it depends on your budget, as screw-type machines are more sophisticated.
