The manufacturer has specific requirements regarding assembly clearance, and it is difficult to assemble the male and female rotors
Could you send a picture? Is there a pad on the inside of the gear?
Are there specific drawings? Also, what are the assembly requirements? Does it mean that the axial installation position does not meet the required precision? You mentioned that the shaft is tapered and is pressed down using hydraulic pressure; generally, does it also need to be pushed back up using hydraulic pressure? Connect two oil pumps (or connectors): one to generate expansion pressure and the other to generate thrust pressure
Measure the position and dimensions of the gear and the shaft before disassembly and record them; re-measure them when reinstalling. Make marks before disassembly, determine the amount of movement, and always measure the amount of movement as well as the relative position of the gear with respect to the surrounding components during each installation. Mark an axial scale on the back of the gear during installation, and pay close attention while pushing it forward.
Before removing the gears, it is necessary to mark the connections between them; without such markings, it is difficult to determine the original clearance
