The TRG gauge of the canned pump indicates the axial displacement of the shaft； The yellow zone indicates that the radial displacement (bearing wear) is approaching the dangerous range, and maintenance is required. However, the time it will take to reach the dangerous zone (red zone) depends on the current level of bearing wear; it could be two months or four months before that happens. The yellow zone serves as a warning that maintenance is needed, and maintenance should be scheduled at an appropriate time. As for the different workstations required for operation in the yellow zone, the size of the machine has to be determined through experience based on actual usage time. It’s like the vehicle’s maintenance reminder light, which indicates that it’s time for maintenance, but the car can still be driven for a while longer, something like that.
