My unit has a Shanghai Pachao D70-1.3 blower. The bearing was damaged recently. When I took it apart, I found that there was a damaged aluminum ring inside. Could you please help me, what role does this aluminum ring play? What are the assembly requirements? The inner and outer diameter of the aluminum ring is different from the bearing size, and the inner diameter is larger than the inner diameter of the bearing!

It should be the so-called oil slinger. The oil slinger should be made of brass or cast iron, which has a large oil content.
