The compressor in this unit is a piston-type compressor with an oil circuit system. There are two oil filters; please check whether it is possible to switch between these oil filters. Thank you

Give it a fake name: “Switchable Oil Filter”; use one normally while keeping the other as a spare. When the resistance is too high, switch to parallel mode; once normal operation is achieved, disconnect the one with high resistance. It can be cleaned by backwashing or the filter element can be removed and replaced. Before removing and replacing the filter element, be sure to relieve the load inside the device. When installing the block, attention must also be paid to system pressure to prevent a drop in oil pressure caused by incomplete switching. It is important to note that the filter must be filled with oil when it is in standby mode, with all air removed. Once a slight drop in oil pressure occurs in the oil system, the operation should be stopped immediately; once the oil pressure rises again, the switch can be gradually opened fully. It is mainly to prevent oil in the device from causing fluctuations in oil pressure; frequent performance of this operation leads to operational accidents involving train shutdowns due to drops in oil pressure. Between the two filters is a directional valve. The large valve is used for switching. The small valve is a balance valve (connection valve); it needs to be slightly opened before switching and closed after the switching is complete.

Hello, I have a question I’d like to ask. Our screw compressors use diesel injection cooling, and there is a parallel filter in the diesel return line. The pressure difference across this filter tends to show high readings after a while; however, when the filter is removed, it is found that the filter element is not dirty and the filter screen is clean. Could you help identify the reason for this? Thank you
This should be a three-way valve, similar to those used in compressor oil coolers, for switching filters
It should be a constant-flow switching valve for the lubricating oil filter
