The signal for the hydraulic turbine drive in Hangzhou is set at a maximum of 100%, but there is still 10 mm of travel left in the hydraulic piston rod; as a result, the power output of the turbine cannot be increased. What is the cause of this? I would appreciate it if someone experienced could suggest a solution.
How were the data from the static test during startup?
Before starting up, multiple static tests must be conducted: a 4-20mA electrical signal corresponds to a secondary oil pressure of 0.15-0.45 Mpa, and tests must be carried out several times corresponding to the stroke of the pull rod.
Is the insufficient opening caused by steam scaling at the main steam valve?
Check if there are any issues with the installation
Check whether the spool of the main air valve has fallen off during shutdown
The hydraulic piston rod still has 10 mm of travel left to complete
Check whether the oil actuator and the rod are vertical at zero position; there is negative scaling on the part of the rod that is inside the cylinder. Also, check whether the regulator gate rod has fallen off and blocked one of the regulator gates
Adjust the error oil valve adjustment screw
