During the maintenance of the unit, for the radial probe at the rear shaft end of the turbine, one of the probes shows high readings; I’d like to ask the experts for the reason
Swap the connections of the two connectors to eliminate the wiring fault
How is the displacement? We have encountered similar problems before as well; it was just that the unilateral vibration value on the drive side was quite high
During the second repair, the clearance of the bearing shells was adjusted, and the vibration level increased further, to over 80
Swap them around to see if the vibration level is higher with the other one; after ruling out the probe, check whether the extension cable is loose and whether there are any issues with the shielding
Have a professional instrument measure the voltage at the probe connections (by taking measurements at various points), in order to rule out any issues with the instrument. Also, check the clearance between the bearings and the tension on their backs to see if they meet the design requirements. Additionally, if the bearings have been in use for a long time, consider replacing them with new ones
