For the lubrication oil pipelines of the unit, it is generally necessary to connect a bypass line before flushing the oil; the oil does not go directly into the unit’s bearings. First, the lubrication oil pipelines are flushed, using filters with mesh sizes of 60, then 80, and finally 100, in order to prevent leaks due to dirty oil and high pressure during the initial flushing stage. Once the oil pipelines have been thoroughly cleaned, the oil can be directed toward the unit’s bearings. The unit’s built-in filter can be used, or filters can be installed on the return oil main pipe; finally, it is necessary to check whether these filters are suitable for use.
