How to keep track of pump spare parts, especially when the manufacturer does not provide the part numbers
Have the pump manufacturer provide the BOM list; purchase from the manufacturing factory in the initial stage, and conduct surveys and measurements later on to make the purchases oneself.
First, identify which parts are vulnerable; if the manufacturer does not provide the part numbers, simply specify the model of the equipment
Is it not required by the technical agreement? Have the equipment manufacturers provide accurate data to facilitate subsequent management.
Reputable pump manufacturers can provide lists of the models and specifications available in their own factories.
Statistics are taken based on the pump model and the names of the components; for example, if the pump model is IHF50-32-160, the list of components for that pump includes the impeller (model IHF50-32-160), the pump cover (model IHF50-32-160), the O-ring for the pump cover (model IHF50-32-160), and so on. A record sheet is first created, and upper and lower limits are determined based on factors such as the procurement cycle and failure rate. The specifications and models of spare parts are being refined based on subsequent inspections, maintenance, surveys, etc. Then it is revised regularly, such as once a year.
