The factory has been in operation for a long time; there are 27 ACC fans in total across the 3 air separation units, and there is concern regarding the durability of the oil seals on the output shafts. Currently, oil leakage is already occurring in the oil seals of some of the output shafts of the gearboxes (indicated by the red circles in the diagram)； Replacing this oil seal is very troublesome, as it requires removing the entire fan impeller hub. Is there any good solution, or are there professional teams specialized in repairing such fans? The ACC manufacturer is Kailuowen; the reducers are from Hansen (now part of Sumitomo). If the bearing is not to be lubricated forcibly, a split seal can be used instead
Is the oil seal of aluminum alloy labyrinth type? If there is enough operating space, it can be changed to a split-type design; the threaded blind holes on the end face facilitate removal.
Hansen reducer oil seals can use split polyester material seals, eliminating the need to remove the hub.
