A couple of days ago, during the maintenance of a bridge crane, it was found that the coupling between the motor and the reducer, as well as the shafts, were severely worn. The cover of the reducer was also cracked; it is likely that the swinging of the load during lifting caused this severe wear, especially since operating all three mechanisms at the same time is strictly prohibited by regulations.
