Faults in Freon screw compressors

First question: The Freon screw compressor in the unit keeps shutting down. The liquid level in the evaporator is controlled to be below 50%. A gas-liquid separation tank has been installed specifically between the evaporator outlet and the compressor. Why then is the liquid level in the evaporator so high? With the level controlled low, shouldn’t it be drawn into the gas-liquid separation tank? ? ? Second question: Due to a problem with the solenoid valve, the valve opening cannot be set to automatic mode; the compressor’s valve opening is set to manual mode. Why can’t it be controlled properly? The value keeps fluctuating frequently, but after some time the fluctuations become less severe. What’s the reason? ? ? The solenoid valve has an exhaust port, and it is suspected that the back-and-forth fluctuations are caused by gaseous Freon. Usually, when exhausting air, it takes a long time with no oil coming out – is this normal? ? ? Newbie seeking help, thanks to all the experts
