In addition, compared to evaporators from other suppliers, we have made many structural changes to our evaporator, adding a filtering device at the liquid inlet ； Oil bath heating is used in place of steam heating, providing more stable heating and higher control precision ； Cooling is achieved using a circulating chiller, which allows for precise control of the cooling temperature, resulting in higher efficiency and significant water savings ； Plate heat exchangers are used, resulting in a smaller size and higher heat exchange efficiency ； Using a ring liquid vacuum pump as the main driving force for the system makes it simpler and more reliable.
