The device uses a piston compressor with two-stage compression; under normal operation, the exhaust pressure at the first stage is 0.6 MPA and the temperature is around 100 degrees, while the inlet pressure at the second stage is 0. It’s around 6 MPA; there is a pressure alarm during operation. The pressure at the first stage of exhaust is around 0.9 MPA, and the temperature reaches around 130 degrees. The pressure at the second stage of intake is also around 0.9 MPA. The pressures and temperatures at the first stage of intake and at the second stage of exhaust are normal; it’s only the pressures at the first stage of exhaust and the second stage of intake that have changed. Experts, could you tell me what causes these increased pressures and the resulting alarms? Thank you
The main reason might be a leak in the secondary intake valve. The temperature of the gas valve cover can be measured on-site
After careful examination of the question, it seems that the pressure gauge is the problem. If the valve disc is leaking, the safety valve should activate. For reference.

Similar to my situation, I’m planning to replace the secondary intake valve.
Measure the temperature of each intake valve at stage 2 to see if any are abnormally high; the intake valve with the highest temperature indicates a leak, and if none are high, it’s possible that there is a leak in the exhaust valve at stage 1.
