Cooling of electric drive compressors

There is an electrically driven compressor; the motor has a capacity of 3500 KW, and it is connected to the compressor after speed regulation via a gearbox. The compressor and gearbox are of foreign origin; the motor is added later, and they all share a common base unit, which contains an oil tank – the compressor and the motor both use this oil tank. I want to know what motor parameters are required for the oil cooling system of this compressor
