Motor bearing wear

The unit has been running until it was inspected in September. After starting the machine for trial operation, it was found that the bearing temperature at the coupling end of the motor was high. After disassembling the motor, it was found that the motor shaft shoulder was rubbing against the bearing end face. I don't know why.
What equipment is driven by the motor? What kind of connection method? How is the axial position of the rotor positioned?
First check whether the motor's magnetic centerline is dragged away by the device being dragged during operation.
It is best to start from the records of the maintenance parts. It is certain that there is a problem with the quality of the maintenance. For reference.
The probability of motor failure is low during normal operation, but the probability of axial or radial deviation due to equipment problems is high.
During the trial operation, check the installation gap and magnetic field line offset.
The focus of the inspection is whether the axial clearance or thrust clearance of the equipment, the centering end clearance and the motor magnetic centerline are within the standard range.
After inspection, the unit clearance was checked and the magnetic center line was found.
During maintenance, the assembly dimensions are within the compressor assembly requirements.
